Whether all the hotels are fully booked or you want some privacy while visiting Rome or Venice, renting an apartment makes good sense. We have a choice of over 100 apartments in Rome and more than 40 in Venice.
Our prices are very competitive and definitely cheaper than most hotels. We want our guests to enjoy their stay, so we take care of every aspect. From the moment our guests arrive in Venice, we can arrange transportation from the airport to the apartment, show you the facilities, the local amenities, even give a map and directions and? hand over the keys!!
During your stay, whatever your need be, simply give us a call and we will ensure that your holidays will be remembered for years to come. When your stay is over, we will come to you, collect the keys and wave you good-bye.  What you pay is the pre-set and agreed rent: all bills are already paid for (electricity, water, gas, etc).
